Kim Strother.
There aren’t any pictures from her portfolio on the internet but there are tons of videos she’s done for Fordmodels.tv. I love Kim because she’s a formal gymnast and is therefore is a way more useful human. I’d rather aspire to become (or at least look like) a woman who has made a contribution to this planet, other than to be born beautiful.
I did not do Kim’s workouts today but I did do a 30 minute calisthenics routine:
Elliptical Machine – 10 minutes at resistance level 8, gluteal format.
Push-ups – 3 sets of 10 reps
Plank – 3 reps of 10 seconds
Medicine ball twist – 2 sets of 20 reps
Lunge arm curl – 2 sets of 10 reps to strengthen the back
Happy lunges, painful squats with a 12lb Body Bar and side crunches to end off.
Mmm. Here’s to feeling healthier and in the mood to study!
P.S. and one step closer to a Kim Strother bod.
